As a therapist, I work from the belief that you are the expert in your life. I am a feminist woman of color and understand that not everyone experiences life the same way. I am transparent and authentic with the clients I meet with and hope to create meaningful conversations to get you going in the right direction. I also work to create a warm, friendly, non-judgmental space.

I am very passionate about working with individuals and couples experiencing a variety of challenges. These challenges may range from starting a new chapter in your life to experiencing something really heavy that you are wanting to work through, from trying to find good communication again to feeling betrayed or hurt in your relationship. We will explore what you feel is important at a pace that is comfortable for you. ​Many people find that one meeting is enough to get them going in the right direction, while others want to continue checking in. Regardless of what path we take together, I aim to have fruitful and purposeful conversations surrounding solutions that are unique to you.
